Do you deliver across the UAE?
Yes—daily to all seven Emirates. In-stock items usually dispatch the same day from Ras Al Khaimah.
How fast can I get my order?
Typically 1–3 business days depending on the emirate. Need it sooner? Message us on WhatsApp and we’ll prioritize it.
Do you offer bulk/agency pricing?
Yes. Agencies, printers, and resellers get tiered pricing. Share SKUs/quantities and delivery location for a quote.
Printing & Artwork
48-Hour Express and 7-Day print options.
Are posters or fabrics included?
Not by default. We offer 48-Hour Express and 7-Day printing for fabric graphics and posters.
What artwork specs do you need?
PDF/X-1a or high-res PNG/JPG, CMYK preferred, 150–200 dpi at final size with 3–5 mm bleed. Fonts outlined or embedded.
Can you help with design?
Yes—basic preflight is free. We can handle edits or full layouts at a fair design fee.
LED Light Boxes
Edge-lit and backlit frames; indoor/outdoor options.
Do light boxes include wall mounts?
Wall mount kits are optional. Ask for the correct kit for your wall type. Fabric prints are available as an add-on.
Power & safety considerations?
Each unit includes a power adapter. For outdoor units, check IP ratings and protect connections from weather.
Can I replace the fabric graphic myself?
Yes—SEG (silicone edge graphic) lets you swap graphics quickly without tools.
Flag Poles & Bases
Teardrop & rectangular flags with multiple base options.
Which base should I choose?
Water base for flat ground; cross base + sand bag for portability; ground spike for grass/sand; flat cast-iron for hard surfaces.
Are flags OK outdoors?
Yes—select the right base for wind conditions and avoid severe weather. Fabrics are washable and replaceable.
What sizes are available?
Popular heights ~2.8 m to 4.6 m depending on model. Ask us for spec sheets.
Snap Frames & A-Boards
Front-load frames and outdoor water-base signs.
Are posters included?
Not included by default. We can print posters on express or regular timelines.
Are A-Boards weather-ready?
Yes—our water-base A-Boards are designed for outdoor use. Add more water for windy days and bring indoors during storms.
Tube Walls & Portable Booths
Tool-free assembly; fabric SEG graphics.
What’s included with tube walls?
Frame, (if illuminated) power adapter, SEG/silicone tape, and transport bag. Graphics can be ordered separately.
Do booths/counters require tools?
No—click-fit parts for fast setup/teardown. Ideal for events and pop-ups.

How do I get a quote?
Use the WhatsApp button on product pages or share SKUs/quantities. We’ll reply with pricing and lead times.
What payment methods do you accept?
Bank transfer and major cards. VAT invoices provided. Large projects may require staged payments.
Warranty, Returns & Support
We stand behind our products.
Do you offer warranty?
Manufacturer warranty against defects. Wear-and-tear and improper installation are excluded.
What’s your return policy?
Unopened stock items within 7 days. Custom-printed graphics are non-returnable unless defective.
How do I get support?
Message us on WhatsApp or email with your order number and photos. We’ll troubleshoot or arrange replacements if applicable.
